Hi All!
We have firmed up the details for the Holiday Staff Appreciation
Luncheon. It will be held in the library on December 17th. This
year we are having an Italian Meal brought in and served in the
library during all three lunch periods. We are asking the PTA
board and members to help with the Holiday Staff Appreciation
Luncheon. We need servers for lunch, desserts for the meal and
cookies for a goody bag to be sent home.
We need:
2-3 servers for each lunch period
Lunch servers please come 15 minutes before your lunch
period begins.
Lunch 1: 11:41-12:11
Lunch 2: 12:13-12:43
Lunch 3: 12:45-1:15
15 easy to serve desserts (ie pre cut brownies, cheesecake, pie)
Desserts to school library by 10:00 am on Thursday
December 17th.
60 dozen cookies (please just send 2-3 dozen of your favorite!
This will allow a half dozen assortment of cookies to be sent
home with EACH staff member)
Cookies dropped off to front office by 4:00 pm Wednesday
December 16th in order
to be mixed and bagged for staff.
