Special Purchase Survey for 2010

Space Center Intermediate School PTA raises funds to sponsor

programs and activities that benefit our students. Each year, any

residual funds may be spent on special purchases to improve our

campus and to promote educational goals through the arts, science,

literature, technology and health.

SCIS PTA welcomes your suggestions on ways available funds may be

spent to meet these goals. A new list is compiled each year so any past

recommendations will need to be repeated on this form.

Please take time to share your ideas with us, including a brief

explanation of your suggestion if needed, and list them on the lines

below. Please provide vendor, pricing and ordering information.*

Return this form to the school and have it placed into the PTA mailbox,

by Friday, February 19th.
